Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel any goods ordered, from the point at which they are ordered, up until the point at which they are despatched; A full refund will be given. Please bear in mind that the cancellation period will vary depending when the products are dispatched, sometimes as little as a few hours. If goods have been dispatched, you may return unwanted items at your own expense and a refund will be provided.

Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund - whichever you prefer. Please contact us in this instance.
If you’d like to return goods because you have changed your mind, don’t like them, wish to exchange them, or any other reason than fault with the product, you have 30 days to return your items. We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the items are unused, and in a saleable condition. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us. If your item is of high value, you may wish to use Signed For or Recorded delivery, as unless we receive the items we cannot refund.

Please note that patterns (digital and paper) are non-refundable; so too are personalised items (unless found to be faulty).
